I'm a market agnostic. I don't usually adhere to any one method or strategy to pick stocks, but rather focus on whatever seems to be telling the best story. If a stock has good technical merits, I'll look at it. If it doesn't, but still seems to have a lot of value at a low price, I'll go with it. I usually don't go short any stocks (Too risky IMO).
